If you want to have a page with a selection of products, rather than a complete shop, you can add a WooCommerce shortcode.
Create a category for this selection of products e.g. Christmas flowers. Tick this category for each of the products you want displayed here. Make a note of the slug for the category.
Copy the line of code below, choose the number of columns you want and change if necessary, and replace “selected-products-displayed” with your own category’s slug.
You can add more text below, as well as testimonial rotators or more call-to-action buttons to go to other pages.
